How can I create an album?

Log into to your account using your username and password. You are logged in to ‘Home’ page with the list of albums created by you

If you are a visitor to the site, you can create a free account. Once your account is created, you are logged in to ‘My Album’ page.

My Album page has two options, namely:
• Create a new Album
• Select the existing Album

For creating a new album

• Select Create New Album and click Next
• Decide on the Name for the album you are going to create
• Select the Category from the predefined list. If you can’t find one, select others
• On selecting Others option, a new text box will be displayed
• Define the Category
• There are three predefined sizes listed out. Please select the Size you prefer
• Please select the Number of Pages from the predefined list

Note: Minimum pages in an album would be 12 and Maximum 30

• It is now time for you to give a right Title to the album.

Note: The maximum size of the title is 22 characters

• Album description can contain valid information which can be a part of the album (we can add relevant information in the form of text, in your album) This field is optional.
• Note to the designer: This field can contain your ideas that you want to share with us, or any relevant information (which you are aware and which the designer may not understand from the pictures) relating to the occasion or event to help the designer develop the right theme for your album.
• Now click on Create Album button. You will be navigated to Home page
• Upload Photos page is displayed. Click Choose File button to upload photos from your computer/pen drive/CD/DVD. You can upload five photos at a time. Click Upload button to upload the chosen photos. Click Back if you decide not to upload any photos

Note: PhotoZAlbum is supported by IE 7 & 8 only. Other web browsers may not display Add File button to upload multiple photos.

• For Express upload click on Add File button to upload multiple photos at a time. Select the photos to be uploaded by holding Ctrl key
• Click Cancel in Create Album page, if you decide not to create that particular album. You will be navigated back to Create/Select Album page
• Select Existing Album
• In My Album page, Select the Existing Album option and select the title of the album
• Your existing album opens displaying the pictures uploaded by you in that album


Can I add more photos to the existing album?

Yes, you can. After you login to your account, the Home page displays the list of albums created by you. Click on the album that you want to add photos. Click on Add Photos tab to upload photos.


I have already created an album but I want to change the order of photos, how can I do that?

On logging into your account, click on the album that you want to change the sequence. Your album with the photos uploaded opens. Click on Rearrange Photos to change the sequence.


When do I pay?

All services at PhotoZAlbum require a minimum payment of $10 at the time of order. When the order is completed, you are shown a preview of the completed picture. If you are satisfied with the work, you can make the balance payment and download the album as subscribed by you.


How long does it take to complete my order?

Once you place an order at PhotoZAlbum, you would receive and instant delivery notification. Usually we take 3 to 7 working days to complete an order. In any case you will receive a delivery notification once you place the order.


Is PhotoZAlbum website compatible on all browsers?

Our technical experts are working towards achieving this objective. But currently Internet Explorer 7/8 completely supports PhotoZAlbum website.


Do your services also include printing of the albums?

We only facilitate soft copies of the album. Nevertheless, we can provide the list of service providers who are experts in printing of photos, in your locality.


What should be the minimum resolution of camera for taking the photos?

A 5 Mega Pixel and above camera will give the best picturization to design thematic albums.


Does the program always keep the original photos?

Your albums will be available for viewing for one month from the date of download.


What happens when I erase an album?

Your album will be removed from the database and will not be available to be viewed later.


I forgot my password. What do I do now?

There is nothing to worry. Just below User Name and Password text boxes, there is a link called ‘Can’t Access your Account’. Click on the link and fill the required fields. You will receive the password details to your mail ID.


How do I make the Payment?

Finally, it is time to make the payment for getting your album created.
• Click Make Payment
• Payment page opens with your set preferences. You have an option to make partial payment or full

Note: In case of partial payment, minimum payment would be 20% of the total cost

• Click the check box against full payment, if you making full payment
• Enter the Coupon number and click Google Checkout button to navigate to Google checkout page
• Sign in with any of your Google accounts Email ID and Password.
• After logging into Google checkout accounts, you need to fill all the details like Location, Card number, Expiration date, Cardholder name, Billing Address, City/Town, Postal Code, State, Phone number and last but not the least.

Note: Be careful before selecting My Shipping address is the next option placed immediately under Phone number

Note: If your shipping address is same as Billing address, please select the option ‘My billing address’ and click on the checkbox to get special offers, newsletters etc.

• If you are staying in a different location or other area, then select the different address option and you will be asked to enter the details like Location, Recipient's name, Shipping Address, City/Town, Postal Code, State, Phone number and
• Select the checkbox option to get special offers, newsletters etc.
• Click on Create my account. Go ahead and place your order!


How many photos can I upload maximum to an album?

Please refer to our Services link on Home page. Number of photos to an album depends on the size of the album you have chosen to have, while creating you’re album in Create Album page.


Can I upload multiple photos to an album?

In Upload Photos page, click on Add File button to upload multiple photos to your album.


Can I check the status of my order online? How?

Yes, you can!
• Go to Google checkout accounts by typing http://www.google.com/checkout or checkout.google.com in the address bar.
• Login with your Google email id and password to check status of the order you have placed as it provides all the information.
• Order In Process (time taken for forwarding/transferring your order to our development team to process), In Production (your order is placed with development team and is not yet completed) and Shipping (your order has been delivered for shipping or is waiting for next pick up).
